ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ONLY REPLACEMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED

ONCE APPROVED BY LAKE PLACID AQUATICS.

  • If your plant or fauna arrives dead due to rough shipping, you can send a photo to for a replacement. – Approval required 
  • Plants and/or animals need to be acclimated to new tank by slowly allowing temperatures to equalize by floating the poly bag in your aquarium and by adding tank water to shipping water until the temperature and PH balance out
  • Live plants are shipped well packed in a sealed poly bag, it is normal for the plant to be stressed. Upon receipt place your plant in de-chlorinated water and let it recuperate before introducing it into your aquarium.
  • Make sure new aquariums have “Cycled” before adding any plants or fauna
  • Shipments will be processed once per week and is subject to weather conditions and or post office delays. If there is a delay expected you will be contacted my email. Most orders will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage and a tracking number will be provided. We will not be held responsible for undelivered orders due to buyers negligence.
  • Orders from Etsy or other online means will be billed according the hosting company’s policy. Most orders will be processed through PayPal. Cash App, or Venmo.
